Privacy policy

1. Data controller
The data controller is Artur Słomowski "Koder", Spacerowa 15, 42-440 Ogrodzieniec, Poland, NIP: 6492303398, REGON: 362757458. Privacy contact: [email protected].
2. Data we process
When you submit an RFQ or contact us by email, we may process your name, business email address, company name, destination country, purchasing requirements and other information included in your message. The server may process basic technical data required for security and request handling, such as an IP address and connection time.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Taking steps at the request of a person who may become a party to a contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Handling company representatives' contact details, B2B communication, establishment or defence of legal claims, and service security — legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Compliance with legal obligations where applicable — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
4. Recipients and service providers
Data may be processed by hosting, Microsoft 365 email and IT service providers acting on our instructions. Purchasing requirements may be shared with selected suppliers to the extent needed to check availability and prepare a commercial option. We do not share contact details with potential suppliers unless this is necessary to handle the inquiry.
Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, safeguards required by the GDPR are used, in particular adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Information about the safeguards used, or a copy of them, may be requested through the controller's contact address.
5. Retention
If no contract is entered into, the inquiry and related correspondence are retained for no longer than 12 months after the last contact. Timestamps used for request rate limiting stop affecting request handling after 15 minutes, are not persisted by the application, and are removed on a subsequent request or process restart. Infrastructure providers' technical log retention follows their configuration and is limited to the period needed for security and diagnostics. Data may be retained longer where required by law or necessary to establish, pursue or defend legal claims. Records related to an executed contract are retained for the period required by applicable law.
6. Your rights
Depending on the legal basis, you may request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
7. Voluntary provision and automation
Providing data is voluntary, but without the information marked as required we cannot handle an RFQ. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing and do not profile website users.
8. Cookies and analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics on the public website to understand visits, referring sites and page performance. The browser sends page paths, referrer and performance data to Cloudflare; connection data such as an IP address may also be processed. Our legitimate interest is understanding and improving the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). According to Cloudflare, this tool does not use cookies or track individuals across websites. We do not use it for advertising, profiling or tracking RFQ submissions, and do not send RFQ content to it. Analytics reports are available for up to six months. Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools provide aggregated search visibility data without adding a tracking script to this website.
